Oat milk is vegan friendly plant-based milk and is a great alternative to diary for those who are intolerant to

  • Soy

  • Dairy

  • Nuts

  • Gluten (if certified gluten free)


Oat milk is fortified and contains

  • Vitamin A

  • B vitamins

  • Calcium so good for bone health

  • D vitamins

  • Fibre (beta glucans in fibre) so great for GUT health

  • great source of the macronutrient protein.


BUT – be aware – ALWAYS READ THE LABEL

Some oat milks contain added – take a look at the label below. There is 7grams of added sugar!

  • free sugars

  • inflammatory vegetables oils high in omega 6

  • carrageenan (a thickener, like gelatin to maintain its consistency) which can have a negative effect on gut health
